Blanchardstown Chamber Business in the Community Awards 2007 |

Blanchardstown Chamber acts as the voice of business in the community and focuses on issues which challenge our members. We work closely with other groups within the area to ensure that Blanchardstown remains an attractive location for business and provides the best business value for our members. We know many of our members are actively involved in supporting the communities in which they work and live and we wish to recognise their achievements. This year we wrote to every company and community group registered in the Dublin 15 area. As with last year we are delighted at the strength of the response. With Mr Ronan Collins as M.C. for the sold out event, the Chamber congratulates all nominees and winners and our thanks to all sponsors and Chamber members who assisted in organising a terrific event. |

SPEED NETWORKING IN DUBLIN 15 |

On Tuesday 27th March 2007 Blanchardstown Chamber in conjunction with North Dublin Chamber of Commerce hosted a Speed Networking Event. This event was sponsored by FBD Insurance and was held at Castleknock Hotel and Country Club. The M.C. for the morning was Mr Pat Walsh of Sky Business Centres. Ann D’Arcy, FBD Insurance expressed her delight at the opportunity to sponsor the event. ‘‘FBD Insurance believes that it is a fantastic opportunity for fellow chamber members to interact and communicate. FBD recognises the importance of business supporting business and we are keen to introduce ourselves and to meet fellow chamber members’’ 60 companies participated in the event and our thanks to Pat, Andrew, Orla and Breda for their assistance in organising another successful morning. |
