1st March 2007 - Performance Management & Networking Evening

Dear Network Member,

Following on from the requests received at our successful networking
breakfast, we have organised an exciting Performance Management & networking
evening which will be co-hosted by Jikijela (www.jikijela.com) on Thursday
1st of March.

This theatrical based session, which will be held in The Helix
(http://www.thehelix.ie/about_space.htm), will be run by Jikijela's
facilitators and professional actors, putting the focus on Performance
Management and dealing with topics such as:

- Holding a productive performance meeting
- Delivering constructive feedback one to one
- The fear and emotion of difficult meetings
- Dealing with the poor performer

The agenda for the evening will be as follows:
18.15 - Registration
18.30 - Auditorium: session 1
19.00 - Interval
19.20 - Auditorium: session 2
19.45 - Summary & Questions
20.00 - Finish & Refreshments

This will be an enjoyable event and learning experience which will shed
light on the topical issue of Performance Management.  If you are interested
